Fool me once, shame on you.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

I love playing fetch. If you throw me a toy or ball I will RUN to get it, return the object, and wait on you to throw it again.

This doesn't mean I am stupid; I just love the interaction we have together.

The leaders of our country think we are stupid. They throw us a bone and expect us to be happy and return for more. Even though there is a large contingent of our population who prefer to wait on more free bones, I am not one of them. I willingly work for my bones and wait on praise or petting for a job well done.

It's time to follow my example and work for your own bones.

"Destiny is no matter of chance. It is a matter of choice. It is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved."
William Jennings Bryan (1860 - 1925)

"Our problems are man-made, therefore they may be solved by man. And man can be as big as he wants. No problem of human destiny is beyond human beings."
John F. Kennedy (1917 - 1963), speech at The American University, Washington, D.C., June 10, 1963
