My sweet grandmother came over for a visit and as usual found her safe place on the chair in the living room. I have an endearing/annoying habit of jumping on people as they sit on my furniture, but in this chair she is able to somewhat block me with pillows.
On this past occasion I took full advantage of her crossed, swinging leg. She had no idea what I was doing, but my mom caught me and scolded me.
I was ashamed. Please forgive my indiscretion.
If I can admit when I am wrong or have done something bad, why can't our government leaders do the same?
If your idea or program doesn't work, give it up before it costs the taxpayers more money. If you are caught on tape or on a recorder saying something horrendous or committing a felony, admit it. We aren't deaf and blind and already know the truth.
If you knew there was trouble coming, but let 4 Americans die, fess up. We know you knew. We know you did not do anything. We know you tried to hide/filter/distort the details. It DOES matter to us --- then and now. It matters more than you will ever know, or will find out this November and in 2016.
